Jocelyn’s Provisions has established a nationwide reputation for its fine cakes, bread, pastries and provisions. Baked fresh using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes, our hand-made products proudly retain that old world charm.
Our pastry chefs can be found creating our signature products in a commercial kitchen alongside our iconic retail store in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. In addition to our freshly baked cakes and pastries, all of our packaged items, our biscuits, chocolates, nougat, panforte and preserves, to name a few, are made in our kitchen and packaged in-store.
Our bread is delivered daily from our off-site bread bakery. Head bread baker, Phil Agnew, lives and breathes bread, using only organic grains to create his sourdoughs, baguettes, ciabatta and seeded loaves, amongst others. Each type is an exceptional example of it's variety: the sourdough - Phil's favourite - has a thick crust and a distinct tang; baguetttes are crisp - not flaky - with an elastic crumb; and ciabattas have a moist crumb and chewy crust.
